Skilled listening, understanding the needs and initiatives of superiors and colleagues, and the ability to share knowledge and ideas is the best form of coaching? What do you think is the best way to promote and support women’s careers? For example, the Women in E-Commerce Foundation and its Women in E-Commerce competition is a great initiative. A team of real experts, new tech enthusiasts, and women supporting other women in the e-commerce digital career development space. Their reports, campaigns, and most importantly, promotion of women’s C Level Contact List participation in e-commerce provide motivation and energy to take further initiatives and advance women’s success in e-commerce. How can we encourage more women to consider a career in digital e-commerce? I think the numerical ratios are starting to even out, but there is still a disparity in mid- to senior-level positions. There are significantly fewer women taking the initiative to start their own digital companies specializing in e-commerce. Change is slower here, but building a belief in women's strength and abilities from an early age is crucial. It is important to encourage young girls to realize their ideas in various innovation incubators. The actual pathways in school or college are not gender-specific. I was fortunate to co-create a graduate program in e-commerce and online marketing that was dominated by women. That's will be needed soon, it's happening? How do you try to stay current? Mainly through conversations with business partners, colleagues, students and lecturers.
